Returns & Exchanges

We hope you are delighted with your purchase from the Jane Austen Centre; however, if you are not entirely satisfied, you may return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. All items must be returned in their original, unused condition and packaging to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our Regency gift shop team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a unique Return Authorization code.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Carefully wrap your items—including all original tags and literature—in secure packaging to ensure they arrive back at the Centre in pristine condition.

• 3.
  Dispatch the Parcel

  Affix the provided return address label to your package and send it via a tracked postal service to our Bath location; please retain your proof of postage.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team has inspected the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your replacement item within 7-10 business days.
